Deposits, rescheduling & cancellations

Deposit
Upon booking you will need to secure your slot with a 50% deposit. The remaining fee can be paid at the time of booking or on the day of your appointment. All credit and debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and cash are accepted.

Reschedule
If you need to reschedule for any reason, you will be able to do this yourself via the online booking system up to 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation
Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time will not receive a deposit refund. If you choose to cancel your appointment at any point and would like a refund this will be minus a £5 administration fee.
