The process

How testing works at Food Clinic NI

Clear steps from clinical assessment through to personalised guidance.

Five clear steps

From the first conversation to a plan you can actually follow.

  2. 02

    Skin, blood, or both

Needle-free skin screening in clinic, or a blood sample for IgG and IgE.

  3. 03

    Laboratory analysis

Blood samples are analysed in an accredited laboratory.

  4. 04

    Your results report

A written report with findings, foods to pause, and what to eat instead.

  5. 05

    Personalised guidance

Advice by email or face to face. A follow-up appointment is £40.
